Reading Voluntary Action have asked me to publicise this. It’s a great idea – a chance to set up a shared, cooperative working space in Reading – whether you are a small voluntary organisation and would like permanent office space, you are a home worker or social enterprise that needs occasional shared space/professional place to meet or a business who would like to hire meeting space in an ethical and competitively price area.
They’ve also asked for expressions of interest from potential investors or landlords for part or all of the project.
If you are interested I’ve set up a link to more details. They would like expressions of interest by 28th September to gauge likely support and use of the idea, to see if it is viable and also to hear from potential landlords/investing parthers.
Great idea and could lead to some great collaboration as well as improved facilities for the voluntary sector in Reading.
