Labour announce Rachel Eden as their parliamentary candidate for Reading West
Rachel Eden has been selected as Labour’s candidate for the Reading West constituency for the next general election.
She has served as Councillor for Whitley ward on Reading Borough Council since 2010 and is currently Lead Councillor for Adult Social Care.
Rachel is a small business founder, and has two children who attend a community school in West Reading. She lives and works in Reading West, where her family roots are.
Rachel has also campaigned for better support for victims of rape and sexual abuse survivors.
