This website offers users the possibility to leave individual comments on blog pages. If a user leaves a comment on the blog post on this website, the comments made are stored and published, including information on the date of the comment and the user’s chosen pseudonym. To post a comment an email address can also be submitted to enable communications from the site in regards to further comments made on the site. This is optional and is not required to place a comment on the site.

In addition, the user’s IP address is also logged. This storage of the IP address takes place for security reasons, and in case the user violates the rights of third parties, or posts illegal content. This collected personal data will not be passed to third parties, unless such a transfer is required by law.

If you would like to access, or have us remove, any identifiable personal data that we have collected on you please get in contact with us using the contact details outlined on this page. We will aim to comply with your wishes as soon as possible unless we have to keep that information for legitimate business or legal reasons.

We do maintain backups of our information to protect it from accidental or malicious deletion. We cannot ensure that your information will be fully removed from these backups as that would compromise their integrity.

Job applications made through this site

This website collects and processes personal data of job applicants for the purpose of processing a job application procedure. This information is used by Rachel Eden to assess the candidate. The information provided may be used to contact the candidate in regards to their application. This information will not be used for any other purpose. If the candidate is not considered appropriate then Rachel Eden will delete the users information within 6 months. However this information may be recorded for a longer period of time as a burden of proof in a procedure under the General Equal Treatment Act or similar legislation.

If a candidate is successful then the information will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with legal requirements.
